Your letter of Complaint
The Complaint Department is here to listen and respond. Please write in your complaints—be they large and impending or small and petty. All complaints need a kind and generous ear. I know they tell us to be strong, to buck-up, to be grateful and gracious. And yet, we get hung up on our way there, don’t we? Your griefs reveal what you are grateful for. So please, spill your grief on the page. It’s all a love letter.
All complaints will be responded to in the order in which they arrive. The artist will be in residence weekly to sit with and respond to your complaints. This may take a few days. All responses will be published here in this virtual space.
Write honestly and freely. You may keep anonymous.
As you go forth into the world, may you be the balm for someone else.
We await your complaints, your plaintive poems, your petty prayers and your immense agonies.
